  • Conflict Minerals Statement

    Responsible Sourcing and Conflict-Free Minerals

T-Global is dedicated to providing efficient, innovative, and environmentally friendly products to our customers. We are committed to upholding the highest industry standards and certifications, including REACH, RoHS, and conflict minerals policies.

Recognizing the potential for military conflicts and human rights abuses associated with the trade of minerals from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and surrounding regions, we expect our supplier partners and their suppliers to adhere to the EICC and GeSI codes of conduct. This aligns with our corporate social responsibility values and respect for international human rights.

T-Global hereby declares that all products supplied to our customers are made using conflict-free minerals. We are committed to thoroughly investigating our supply chain to ensure that metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), and tin (Sn) are not sourced from conflict zones in the DRC by anarchist or illegal groups, or obtained through illegal smuggling.

Furthermore, we do not accept exports of metals from the following countries, as they are recognized by the UN Security Council as producing minerals from the Congo vein: Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, and Kenya.

We guarantee that any metal contained in any product sold to our customers will be DRC Conflict-Free, and we pledge to:

    • Not purchase conflict minerals from conflict areas.
    • Require our suppliers to refuse the use of conflict minerals from conflict areas and sign a Conflict-Free Minerals pledge with T-Global.
    • Require our suppliers to manage their upstream and downstream suppliers in compliance with the conflict-free minerals requirement.
    • Make our best efforts to trace the source of materials and refuse the use of conflict minerals from conflict areas.
