Non-contact measurement
Non-contact measurement uses a laser heater and infrared pyrometers to accurately measure heat input and transient response of devices like vapor chambers. This is crucial as it avoids the heat loss and inaccuracies of contact-based methods, enabling better performance assessment and optimization.
