Phase Change Material
Phase change material (PCM) are heat-enhanced polymers with high thermal conductivity and reliability for advanced cooling. Solid at room temperature for easy assembly, they melt at phase change temperatures (45°C or 50°C), filling surface gaps to reduce thermal resistance and enhance efficiency in chipsets, processors, semiconductors, and high-performance electronic devices.
